Return Policy – ​​Zataak Shopping Mall

At Zataak Shopping Mall, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you can easily return it by following the specified conditions.

1. Return Period:

➤ You must apply for a return within 7 working days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for returnable products:

➤ The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

➤ The product must be accompanied by the invoice, tags and all accessories.

3. Non-returnable products:

➤ Used or damaged products

➤ Underwear, cosmetics and other personal use products (unless defective)

➤ Gift cards or discounted/promotional products

4. Refund Process:

➤ The money will be refunded within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned product and after verification.  Refunds will be made through the original method of payment.
